Minister of Culture of Ukraine, Dutch Royals discuss protecting Ukraine’s cultural heritage
According to Ukrinform, the Ministry of Culture reported the meeting.
The talks took place during the opening of the Netherlands’ pavilion.
The parties discussed strengthening cooperation in the field of culture, as well as issues related to the protection and preservation of Ukrainian cultural heritage.

Berezhna thanked the Netherlands for its consistent support for Ukraine, ranging from humanitarian and security assistance to cultural support. She also specifically noted the Netherlands’ accession to the Cultural Resilience Alliance and its contribution of €1 million to the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Fund.
“Every contribution by our partners to the fund is an opportunity to restore what has been lost, support the work of cultural institutions, and preserve Ukrainian identity and the cultural future of Europe,” the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.

The opening of the national pavilion took place on May 7.
