Zelenska presents unique guide for school leavers
This was announced by Olena Zelenska, Ukrinform reports, citing the Presidential Office.
“Exams are a very stressful moment in life. For many, it’s pressure from parents and teachers. Everyone expects something from you. It’s difficult, it’s responsible, it’s a new stage. And support is very important,” the First Lady said in an interview with Snidanok z 1+1.
That is why the team of the “12–21” Youth Space created a practical guide focused on psychological preparation for exams.
“We also included information for educators who administer the NMT (national multi-subject test – a compulsory entrance exam for higher education in Ukraine – ed.) – how to support teenagers, how to create a calm and constructive environment, how to recognize signs of stress or a panic attack in a child, and how to help and calm them. I would like as many educators as possible to familiarize themselves with this,” Zelenska emphasized.
She encouraged both adults and graduates to review the guide on the “12–21” website and share it with anyone who might find it useful.
“Testing provides an opportunity to complete one stage of life and move on to another. You need to prepare for it, but do so calmly and confidently,” the President’s wife concluded.
