Britain's WBC light-welterweight champion Dalton Smith has been ruled out of his fight with Alberto Puello through injury.
Smith was scheduled to make his first title defence against the former two-time world champion in his hometown of Sheffield on 6 June.
However, the unbeaten 29-year-old, who beat Subriel Matias to become world champion in January, has picked up a problem during training camp.
Galal Yafai's unification fight with Ricardo Sandoval has now been promoted to the top of the bill at the Utilita Arena.
Sandoval holds the WBA and WBC flyweight titles while 33-year-old Briton Yafai is the interim WBC champion.
Elsewhere on the card, Josh Padley will defend his European super-featherweight title against domestic rival Aqib Fiaz, while Ibraheem Sulaimaan faces Ibrahim Nadim for the English super-featherweight belt.
Teenage heavyweight Leo Atang will fight in his native Yorkshire while fellow unbeaten youngsters Adam Maca and Connor Mitchell will also be in action.
