White House Correspondents’ Dinner Shooting Suspect Pleads Not Guilty To Attempting To Assassinate Donald Trump

The suspect in the April 25 shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner plead not guilty on Monday.

Cole Tomas Allen has been charged with attempting to assassinate President Donald Trump, who was at the annual dinner at the Washington Hilton along with many other administration officials. His lawyers entered his plea on Monday before U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden, as Allen remained silent during the arraignment in an orange jail outfit, according to the Associated Press.
