Walmart is surprisingly reliable when it comes to Pokemon TCG stock, and I expect the same to be true of Pitch Black. Sure, those listings will be above MSRP. But you'll struggle to find a more consistent source of cards than this.

TCGPlayer

While the listings tend to be overpriced by virtue of coming from third party resellers, I wouldn't be doing due diligence if I didn't mention TCGPlayer as a valid option. Naturally, you can always head straight to the source (the official Pokemon Center) if you want to buy Pokemon TCG Pitch Black at its lowest price. But stock won't last long, so chances are you'll be left disappointed. With that in mind, I'd keep the following bookmarked and check them regularly.

Zatu does usually offer the cards themselves, but it's also started providing prerelease events that will get you a Build & Battle box if you can turn up in person. It's worth considering, at least.

Smyths Toys

Smyths tends to have a lot of listings for Pokemon TCG, but I'm always unsure as to whether they're actually available or just up for grabs in store - whenever I select them, they read 'check in store.' Worth checking as a backup, in other words, but not relying on.
