USF hits four Russian aircraft in Russia's Chelyabinsk region

According to Ukrinform, the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert Brovdi, stated this on Facebook and also published a corresponding video.

"Freedom-loving Ukrainian Birds of the 1st Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces paid a courtesy visit to the 'Shagol' military airfield in Chelyabinsk, Russia on April 25, 2026," Brovdi noted.

According to him, satellite damage assessment confirmed hits by at least three deep-strike munitions with varying levels of damage to the following aircraft: two Su-57 fighters, one Su-34 fighter-bomber, and one aircraft of unknown modification.

He emphasized that targeting Su-34 fighter-bombers and fifth-generation Su-57 fighters is critically important for reducing the enemy's strike capability.

According to him, each destroyed Su-34 reduces the number of air strikes, saves civilian lives, and eases the burden on air defense systems.

The Su-57, as Russia's most advanced stealth fighter, poses a significant threat to aviation and air defense systems.

The estimated cost of one Su-34 is $35–50 million, while a Su-57 is valued at $100–120 million per unit.

Brovdi also said satellite imagery showed the remains of a destroyed aircraft service vehicle located between the Su-57 aircraft.

After the strike, the damaged aircraft were moved to other, closed sections of the airfield.

As Ukrinform previously reported, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the damage to Russian Su-57 and Su-34 aircraft at the "Shagol" airfield in Chelyabinsk region on April 25.
