Ukraine's air defenses down 109 of 116 Russian drones in overnight attack
The Ukrainian Air Force reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

Starting at 18:00 on Wednesday, May 20, Russia attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile launched from the Rostov region, as well as 116 drones, including jet-powered Shahed UAVs, Gerbera and Italmas drones, and Parodiya decoy drones.
The UAVs were launched from Kursk, Bryansk, Oryol, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, and Hvardiiske in temporarily occupied Crimea.
The aerial assault was repelled by Ukraine's aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire teams.

Impacts from the ballistic missile and five attack drones were recorded at five locations. Debris from downed drones fell at four locations.
The attack was still ongoing as of Thursday morning, with several Russian drones remaining in Ukrainian airspace.
