In the Dnipropetrovsk region, 24 criminal proceedings are being investigated regarding cooperation between companies and the aggressor state in circumvention of sanctions.

Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office Valerii Prykhozhanov said this in an interview with Ukrinform.

According to him, in 2026, as part of investigations into aiding and abetting the aggressor state, five individuals were served suspicion notices under Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In particular, in April, suspicions were issued to the director and beneficial owner of one of the enterprises in Kryvyi Rih. According to investigators, after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, he organized the supply of electrical equipment to the aggressor state in violation of sanctions through a controlled company in one of the CIS countries, delivering more than 100 units of products worth over UAH 11.5 million between 2023 and 2025.

He was detained and placed under custody without the right to bail.

"Additionally, our prosecutors are working on cases of aiding and abetting the aggressor state related to business activity in temporarily occupied territories," the regional prosecutor said.

In particular, on March 5, a suspicion notice was served to the owner of PrJSC Rubizhne Cardboard and Packaging Plant, who, according to investigators, in cooperation with representatives of Russia, prepared the transfer of funds to a representative of a Russian enterprise.

On April 22, a suspicion notice was also served to the founder of LLC Luhansk Distillery Luga-Nova, who, in conspiracy with co-owners, re-registered the enterprise under Russian law and transferred its assets to representatives of the aggressor state.

"Work in this direction continues, all facts of cooperation with the aggressor state are being documented, and those responsible will be held accountable," Prykhozhanov said.
