The Boys fans think season 5's POV episode reveals the order in which major Supes will die

Many fans thought that The Boys season 5's POV episode felt a little out of place due to it taking a detour to focus on characters other than Homelander and Butcher, but it may serve a higher purpose, as fans think the order of the segments reveals which characters are going to die next.

The Boys season 5 episode 5 splits into five segments, focusing on Firecracker, Black Noir, Butcher's dog Terror, Sister Sage, and Soldier Boy, showing what life under Homelander's reign is like from their point of view. However, one fan on Twitter has posted the segments' title cards in the order they appear on screen, and it looks like it might reveal the order in which characters will die. Check it out below.

The first segment focused on Firecracker, who died later on in episode 5 after Homelander pushed her head onto a statue of a bald eagle. Next up is Black Noir, who was killed in The Boys season 5 episode 6. The Deep stabbed Noir in the neck after he punched a hole in the oil pipe in the ocean, killing millions of fish.

That means that if the order is correct, then Billy Butcher's English bulldog Terror is next, which is pretty upsetting. We knew that The Boys season 5 would go to some dark places, but killing a dog? Come on, Eric Kripke. However, whilst on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Homelander actor Antony Starr teased that "The worst thing I have done is yet to come," adding, "If you think killing children is bad. Just wait." Is Homelander going to kill Terror?

After Terror, there is Sister Sage, who, in the most recent episode, double-crossed Homelander, and he found out about it, so it wouldn't be too surprising if the Seven leader got rid of her as well. Plus, her master plan seems to have gone out of the window after she predicted that Soldier Boy would destroy the V-One, but instead, he gave it to Homelander. Now that Homelander has V-One in his system, no one is safe.

Last up is Soldier Boy. Now, this one is a little confusing, as he and his biological son Homelander seem to be on good terms now, so who might kill him? Mother's Milk has had a personal vendetta against the immortal Supe basically his whole life after learning that his grandfather and other family members died due to the Supe's reckless behaviour in the '80s. It looks like MM may finally get his revenge and kill Soldier Boy. Of course, this is all speculation, but we do know that Kripke likes to hide hints in plain sight.
