The 12 Best Buy Memorial Day sales gamers should know about, based on in-game testing with each one
Best Buy's Memorial Day sale has been flying its banner for a couple of weeks now, but with the holiday weekend coming up fast, things are really starting to heat up. I've spent my morning scrolling through the retailer's entire sale, saving every piece of gaming tech we personally recommend here at GamesRadar+ for further investigation.
That's because I'm not just bringing you the biggest discounts or the lowest prices. Each one of the 12 Best Buy Memorial Day deals just below has been handpicked for two reasons: 1) it's scored highly enough in our reviews to be recommended every day, and 2) it's at, or near, its lowest ever price.

I started tracking deals at our sister site TechRadar seven years ago, working out where to find the biggest discounts, how to get the best value, and when to dive into major sales. I've since taken that experience over to GamesRadar+, where I also go hands-on with all the latest gaming gadgets to find the products you really need to be watching out for when the sales hit.

Best value gaming mouseSave $32Razer Basilisk V3: was $69.99 now $37.99 at Best BuyThe Razer Basilisk V3 is my favorite gaming mouse for sheer value - and that's without any discounts applied. This older wired rodent is almost always on sale, and it has been a couple of bucks cheaper in the past few months. Still, we're close to the $36 record for 2026 here, and it's still a fantastic buy.

Best gaming mouse for large handsSave $60Turtle Beach Kone II Air : was $119.99 now $59.99 at Best BuyI've only ever seen this record-low $59.99 sales price on the Turtle Beach Kone II Air once before - and that was just a few weeks ago. This is the cheapest the wider, larger mouse has been; I've previously only ever seen rates hovering at about $80 during sales events.

Best guitar controllerSave $50PDP Riffmaster: was $149.99 now $99.99 at Best BuyThis is the Xbox version, whereas we've had the PS5 iteration in for testing so far. However, it still hit a record-low price in Best Buy's Memorial Day sales and promises the same slick functionality and up-to-date features for old-school Guitar Hero fans. New school Fortnite Festival fans are also welcome.

Best gaming headset for battery lifeSave $80HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless: was $199.99 now $119.99 at Best BuyAn oldie but a goodie - in both product and price. The HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless has been around for some time now, but nobody's come close to beating its 300-hour battery life. Today's $119.99 sale price is nothing new either, but it is the cheapest this headset ever goes for.

Best Xbox Series X controllerSave $40Turtle Beach Victrix Pro BFG Reloaded (Xbox): was $189.99 now $149.99 at Best BuyI've only ever seen prices on this Reloaded model of the Victrix Pro BFG bottoming out at around $170 in the past, and we're an extra $20 lower than that in Best Buy's Memorial Day sale. While the older model can be found for less than $100 on a really good day, this is the only version currently discounted by a significant amount.

Ex best gaming headsetSave $100SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless: was $379.99 now $279.99 at Best BuyThis one's slightly different. The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Omni is now our number one gaming headset, but this is the model it had to beat to get there. With both devices sitting in the same family, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a discount on a top-rated set of cups. The Arctis Nova Pro Wireless has been $30 cheaper in the past, but I've only seen those numbers drop to $289.99 in 2026 so far.
