‘Summer House’ Fans Can Rent the Real Summer House to Watch the Season 10 Finale and Reunion
Ever wondered what it’d be like to spend a night at the real house used in Bravo‘s Summer House? A few lucky fans are about to find out.
StayMarquis, the Hamptons-based rental company that manages the property featured on the Bravo show, is offering fans the opportunity to bid to rent the property for one night only to have private watch parties tied to the season finale and reunion episodes. The company is offering bids for the final four episodes of season 10, including Tuesday night’s finale and all three of the highly anticipated reunion episodes (which will air on May 26, June 2 and June 9).

“The concept was inspired by the idea that fans don’t just watch Summer House anymore, they feel emotionally invested in the relationships, drama, and moments that unfolded inside the house. From Kyle and Amanda’s ups and downs to the fallout between West and Ciara and the new scandal relationship, viewers now have the chance to experience those episodes from the actual setting where many of the conversations happened,” StayMarquis said in a news release. “The watch party experience is designed to blend fandom, luxury hospitality, and cultural nostalgia in a way that feels immersive and highly shareable.”
Each experience will also encompass optional VIP add-ons including catering, cocktail service, transportation, glam services and branded décor experiences; StayMarquis will coordinate all for the selected top bidders. StayMarquis’ website does outline that the bidding price includes a fridge stocked with Loverboy, the canned cocktail brand owned by Summer House‘s Kyle Cooke.
At the time of publication, the current bid for the Tuesday, May 19 experience is $6,525.
The finale of Summer House‘s 10th season is slated to air while all eyes are on the show. Throughout March, rumors that co-stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson were in a relationship began swirling in the Bravosphere, though both denied such claims. However, they released a joint statement at the end of the month confirming the speculation, sparking Bravo’s latest scandal.
Their romance has drawn in much attention because Ciara Miller, their fellow co-star, used to date Wilson, and was very close friends with Batula. Throughout season 10 of the reality show, Miller has been a champion for Batula amid her struggling marriage to Cooke, while Miller also pondered rekindling a flame with Wilson.
The controversy has ignited much anticipation for the Summer House reunion, as it will be the first time Miller comes face to face with Batula and Wilson onscreen since news of their romance. In a Bravo first, audio footage from set leaked the night that filming wrapped, triggering an investigation led by the network that found a production staffer liable for the leak.
Summer House fans can bid to rent the house for one of the four nights here.
