On Saturday, Pedro Sánchez hosted left-wing leaders at rallies promoting democracy and progressive unity on Barcelona. A vocal critic of Donald Trump and the US-Israeli war in Iran, he called for peace and claimed far-right influence was waning, as a rival gathering of far-right leaders in Milan suggested otherwise.
