Seth Rogen dedicated his BAFTA TV Award for Best International series to the late Catherine O’Hara this evening.

Winning one of the most coveted awards at the BAFTAs, Rogen took some time in London to pay tribute to his beloved co-star, who died at the start of this year aged 71.

“It would be remiss of me not to mention Catherine O’Hara, she meant so much to us,” he said. “I assume her work was as important to y’all over here as it was to us, so this is for Catherine.”

In The Studio, the Emmy-nominated O’Hara played producer Patty Leigh, putting in a hilarious, emotional turn that was extremely well received. O’Hara was also a star of Beetlejuice, Home Alone, A Mighty Wind and Schitt’s Creek.

Rogen was on stage in London collecting the award for Best International on the night that Adolescence and The Celebrity Traitors won multiple gongs.

Rogen was in fine form as he picked up the award. He had the audience in fits after pointing to Celebrity Traitors contestant Celia Imrie and joking: “I assume this woman in a green dress is a very talented woman. All I know is that she farted on a reality show.”

Imrie famously went viral after farting on The Celebrity Traitors.

The Studio beat fellow Apple TV shows Severance and Pluribus to the BAFTA.
