Second attack in Dnipro injures three children
Three children were injured in Dnipro during a second attack on a residential neighborhood.

This was reported on Telegram by Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.

“Three children were injured in a second attack on a residential neighborhood in Dnipro. A 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl were hospitalized in moderate condition,” Hanzha wrote.

According to him, another 16-year-old boy will receive outpatient treatment.

In total, seven people were injured in this enemy strike, five of whom are in the hospital.

In addition, Dnipro Mayor Boris Filatov reported that his deputy nearly died during the second Russian strike on Dnipro.

“Terrible news is coming in a flood today (…). My deputy, Yuriy Yandulsky, the director of the department, and the engineers who were assessing the damage were nearly killed,” Filatov wrote.

According to him, Russian forces are operating under the so-called “Syrian scenario.” They strike civilian targets, and then, when emergency responders, utility workers, police, and doctors begin working at the site, they repeat the strike.

As reported, on the afternoon of April 25, the Russians struck Dnipro again, damaging a residential building; one person was killed and seven were injured.

In total, there are currently 34 known casualties in the city due to Russian attacks that occurred overnight and throughout the day.
