Russians strike civilian and port infrastructure in Odesa region, one injured
According to Ukrinform, Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery and Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Kuleba reported this on Telegram.
“As a result of the attack, port and logistics infrastructure facilities, warehouses, technical equipment, cargo storage tanks, administrative buildings, and freight transport were damaged. Damage was recorded to a civilian vessel flying the Palau flag, which was in the port being loaded,” the message states.
Oleh Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported on Telegram about a casualty resulting from the Russian attack.
“Last night, the enemy once again terrorized the Odesa region with strike drones. Civilian and port infrastructure was damaged. Unfortunately, one person was injured; they are receiving all necessary assistance,” Kipper said.

As reported by Ukrinform, a fire broke out on a Panamanian-flagged vessel in the Odesa region on the night of April 25 following an attack by Russian drones.
