PlayStation Plus subscription prices are going up once again.

Today, Sony announced that new PlayStation Plus prices will take effect for new subscribers, or current subscribers whose subscription changes or lapses, on Wednesday, May 20.

A one-month sub for PlayStation Plus Essential, the most basic tier of the service, will now cost $10.99 USD / €9.99 EUR / £7.99 GBP. It is currently $9.99 for one month, making this a $1 or 10% increase.

A three-month sub for PS Plus Essential will now cost $$27.99 USD / €27.99 EUR / £21.99 GBP. Right now, you can get this for $24.99 per month, meaning it's getting a $3 or roughly 12% increase.
