Montenegro, Romania, San Marino to join agreement on Special Tribunal for Crime of Aggression against Ukraine
Montenegro, Romania, and San Marino have informed the Council of Europe of their intention to join the agreement establishing a Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced this on X, Ukrinform reports.

"I welcome Montenegro, Romania, and San Marino notifying the Council of Europe of their willingness to join the Enlarged Partial Agreement for the Special Tribunal. Already 32 states on board. The momentum is growing," Sybiha wrote.

He added that the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe is expected to approve the agreement in Moldova on Friday and called on all countries to join and ensure accountability for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.

Cyprus earlier informed the Council of Europe of its intention to join the agreement on the establishment of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
