JetBlue Premier Card rolls out 100,000-point bonus and new perks, including elite status boost

New benefits have been added to the JetBlue Premier Card, the New York-based carrier's premium credit card option.

These perks include an elite status boost toward JetBlue Mosaic status, the ability to unlock statement credits toward a companion pass, an elevated redemption rebate when you redeem JetBlue TrueBlue points and ClassPass credits.

The JetBlue Premier Card debuted in 2025 as an option for JetBlue loyalists and charges a $499 annual fee. Here's what you need to know about these new and enhanced perks that are rolling out now.

New JetBlue Premier Card benefits

If you hold the JetBlue Premier Card (or apply for it soon), here are the enhanced benefits to note:

• Elevated welcome bonus: Earn 100,000 bonus points after spending $5,000 on purchases and paying the annual fee in full within the first 90 days of account opening. Per TPG's May 2026 valuations, this bonus is worth $1,350.
• Elite status boost: Cardholders receive 25 Tiles toward Mosaic elite status at the beginning of each calendar year. This will put you halfway to entry-level Mosaic 1 status, which includes a free checked bag, preferred seating and a Mosaic point bonus, among other perks.
• JetBlue Premier Companion Pass statement credit: Unlock a companion pass worth up to $500 after spending $15,000 on your card in a calendar year. Plus, unlock an additional companion pass worth up to $1,500 after spending $75,000 in a calendar year.
• Elevated redemption rebate: Cardholders receive 15% of their TrueBlue points back on award flight redemptions when flying JetBlue or a partner airline. This is an enhanced perk; previously, cardholders received a 10% rebate.
• Improved TrueBlue Travel statement credit: Cardholders receive up to $300 annually for hotels, car rentals, cruises and more booked through TrueBlue Travel, JetBlue's travel portal. Previously, the benefit was a $50 statement credit earned each time you spent at least $250 in the portal (up to six times per year). Now, there's no minimum spending requirement to earn the statement credit.
• ClassPass benefits: Cardholders receive up to 14 monthly credits to use with ClassPass upon enrollment.

These perks are especially useful for JetBlue loyalists who are pursuing status or frequently spend on their card.

New BlueHouse lounge in Boston

JetBlue has also confirmed that it's expanding its airport lounge offerings by opening a new location at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).

The new BlueHouse lounge will feature New England coastal influences and locally inspired food for travelers who fly Mint to Europe, hold top-tier Mosaic 4 elite status or carry the JetBlue Premier Card.

It's important to note that JetBlue Premier Card holders will not have access to the lounge if they fly Blue Basic.

JetBlue has one BlueHouse lounge open at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York. TPG has also reported that the carrier is eyeing a potential third location at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

Are the new perks worth it?

If you enjoy redeeming TrueBlue points for JetBlue flights or traveling with its partners, the elevated redemption rate on the JetBlue Premier Card is a highlight. It also matches Delta Air Lines' TakeOff 15 benefit for most of its cardholders.

The 25-Tile bonus will also be helpful for those interested in the perks of Mosaic status, and it's nice that you aren't required to make purchases with your card to receive it.

If you plan to spend at least $15,000 on your JetBlue Premier Card in a calendar year, the ability to earn a companion pass is exciting. However, it may be hard for many spenders to reach that $75,000 spending threshold for the higher-value companion pass.
