Alan Wake's arrival has been accompanied by all kinds of tricky new features to navigate in Phasmophobia. One of these features is a series of Doll Puzzles, with each one progressing in difficulty.

These trials are designed to be challenging, and we've never had anything like them in the ghost hunting game before, so it's easy to end up stuck on any part of them. If you're having trouble with this one, here's how to solve the second Doll Puzzle in Phasmophobia's Alan Wake event.

Second Doll Puzzle solution in Phasmophobia Alan Wake event

To solve the second Doll Puzzle in the Phasmophobia Alan Wake event, you need to place a total of three different Dolls on the right drawings based on the clues you're given. For this puzzle, you need to place the child Doll on the sun drawing, the man with a baby Doll on the house drawing, and the old man Doll on the waves drawing.

Before you attempt to complete this puzzle, make sure you've found all 13 Dolls and completed the first Doll puzzle. You need a variety of different Dolls to finish each one, and these puzzles unlock progressively, so you must tackle them in order.

The riddle you're given to solve for this puzzle is as follows:

When we are young

we dance in the sun

then years of toil and family

in the house we suffer quietly

in our twilight years

we make our way

to the sunken shore

and we journey across

the sea of night

the dreaming sea

as we surrender to the waves

The key parts to focus on here are dancing with the sun while young, being in a house with family, and surrendering to the waves during twilight years. These hints all point toward different Dolls and drawings required for this puzzle.

First, grab the child Doll, which is the little girl with a flared-out yellow skirt. Place her on the sun drawing near the bottom right corner of the puzzle area. Then, get the man holding a baby Doll and place him on the house drawing, which can be found in the bottom left corner.

Lastly, grab the old man Doll and put him on the waves drawing located in the upper right corner. As soon as all three Dolls are locked into place, the second Doll Puzzle will automatically complete as the third and final Doll Puzzle replaces it.

Where to find all Dolls for second Doll Puzzle in Phasmophobia Alan Wake event

You need three Dolls to finish the second Puzzle. For this one, all three Dolls are located on different event maps, so you must visit three unique locations to find them all. Here's where to get each one.

• The child Doll can be found on the ground by the pole in the center of the camp on the Coffee World/Camp Woodwind map. To find this one, approach the massive pole in the middle of the area, close to the grill. Walk around to the back of it and look down to your left by the cardboard box to find the Doll.
• The man with a baby Doll can be found in the breakroom on the Oh Deer Diner/Nell's Diner map. It's sitting on the table next to the water cooler, right behind the door.
• The old man Doll can be found next to the typewriter in the office on the second floor of the Elderwood Palace Lodge/Bleasdale Farmhouse map. To find this room, head upstairs and walk all the way to the end of the hallway. Enter the door at the end and walk over to the desk to find it.

Second Doll Puzzle reward in Phasmophobia Alan Wake event

There's no immediate reward for completing the second Doll Puzzle, as this task is tied to a larger event mission. You must also finish the first Doll Puzzle and the third Doll Puzzle to claim your prize, which is Saga Anderson’s Outfit Cosmetics.
