How to get all Expedition 33 anniversary haircuts
Happy first birthday, Expedition 33!
Destructoid's 2025 game of the year, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, turned one year old today, and the devs at Sandfall Interactive have some fun celebrations in store. Firstly, the studio revealed that the game has sold a whopping eight million copies thus far, which is a tremendous achievement.
But that's not all. On top of some fun community emote designs that fans can use free of charge, there's also a bit of in-game content to grab. Haircuts! That's right, the gang all got their ears lowered (does anyone remember this slang from the 90s?) for the birthday of the game, and you can grab a style for every main character now.
Here's where to find the merchants selling these special haircuts, including a style for Gustave that gives him the same hair as Verso. Cheeky.
Expedition 33 anniversary haircuts location
According to Sandfall Interactive, you can find the haircuts at two specific locations:
- Gustave's Anniversary haircut is available at the Gestral Merchant near Stone Wave Cliffs.
There are three Gestral Merchants near Stone Wave Cliffs, but none have the haircut in my endgame save file. Is this a cruel joke? Potentially.
- Verso, Maelle, Lune, Sciel, and Monoco's Anniversary haircuts are available at the Gestral Merchant near Grosse Tête on the World Map. (next to Coastal Cave, pictured above)
