How to cure the Angel Comb and clear Bloom Infestation in Subnautica 2

Once you're past the starting stages in Subnautica 2, you'll come across an infected Angel Comb that's full of Bloom Infestation. If you manage to clear the infestation, you'll get a nice tolerance to an extreme environmental condition.

The job, however, is easier said than done since it's part of a three-stage process.

How to cure the Angel Comb in Subnautica 2

You'll need to find the blueprints for the Sonic Resonator and craft it using the Fabricator (not the one on your lifepod). Once done, head southwest from your lifepod. Keep between SW and 240 on the compass, and you'll reach the Spider Dome.

Head inside through the dome, and you'll find an Angel Comb. There are four parasitic blooms to clear around it. Once done, you'll get a message to head to the adult Angel Comb and find out how it is.

Reach your lifepod, and head in the northwest direction. Keep between 330 and 345 on your compass, and you'll come across the adult Angel Comb that's filled with infestation. Clear the three blooms located around it, and then head southwest from this location.

You'll come across the final Angel Comb with infestations all around it. Clear the infested blooms with your Sonic Resonator, and you'll have solved the puzzle by clearing all three sets of infestations.

When you're clearing the infestations, look out for oxygen bubbles since you'll need them to avoid running out of air. Some of the locations will also have toxic sports and aquatic life forms that will tend to attack you. You can also use your Resonator on the latter to drive them away.

There are more Angel Combs to find, and there's an early option that helps you to digest organic food items found in the ocean waters.
