Drones attack one of Russia's largest oil refineries again — in Ryazan

Residents of Ryazan reported hearing a large number of explosions overnight.

The Ryazan Oil Refinery (RNPZ) is part of Rosneft. It is one of the largest oil-refining enterprises in Russia, with a processing capacity of about 17 million tonnes of oil per year. The refinery produces all grades of gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, fuel oil, liquefied gases, bitumen, and petrochemical feedstock.
The facility has previously been targeted by drone attacks multiple times.
According to Pavel Malkov, three people were killed and 12 others were injured as a result of the attack on the city.
