Channeling its inner Silksong, Subnautica 2 causes a chain reaction and pushes a second game to move its release date early
Subnautica 2 is really channeling its inner Hollow Knight Silksong by shoving not one, but two games out of their original release dates that don't want to be swept up in the impending tidal wave.
Earlier this week, the developers behind another anticipated open-world survival game called Outbound had to move their release date from May 14 to May 11 on PC and Xbox to avoid getting in the way of Subnautica 2's soon-to-be huge Early Access launch, despite the camper van adventure itself courting lots of attention and well over a million Steam Wishlists.
