Celebrity jeweler seen on ‘Below Deck’ pulled a gun on someone after they blocked his Ferrari in Florida, police say

A celebrity jeweler seen on the reality show Below Deck Mediterranean has been accused of pulling a gun on someone after they blocked his Ferrari in Florida.

Leon Glore, also known as Leo, is accused of getting into a fight at the Paramount Miami Worldcenter on March 11.

Glore, 35, pulled up behind a driver struggling to get past the gate of a parking garage at the luxury condo building shortly after midnight, according to an arrest report obtained by news outlet WPLG Local 10.

Behind the wheel of his white Ferrari, Glore began honking his horn incessantly and yelling “obscenities” at the driver, police said. The driver explained that the gate was “malfunctioning” and that he was on the phone with the building’s concierge, according to the report.

The two got into an argument, which escalated when Glore, who was now outside of his car, pulled out a handgun and told the driver, “Give me a reason,” police said.

Glore was brought to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center last Friday after Miami police arrested him more than a month after the alleged fight. He was charged with aggravated assault and improper exhibition of a firearm.

Glore’s attorney, Chad Piotrowski, has reportedly submitted a written not guilty plea and vowed to fight the charges against his client.

“Mr. Glore was initially investigated and released at the scene after officers reviewed the building’s security footage,“ Piotrowski told WPLG Local 10. ”Weeks later, he was arrested despite that same evidence.”

“Based on the facts and the video, we will be asking the Court to dismiss the charges pursuant to Florida’s Stand Your Ground law,” Piotrowski said.

The so-called “Stand Your Ground” law, enacted in 2005, allows people to use deadly force if they believe it is necessary to protect themselves.

The Independent has reached out to Glore’s lawyer for comment.

Glore was featured on season 5 of the Bravo show Below Deck Mediterranean in 2020, according to the New York outlet The Village Voice.

The outlet, which profiled the jeweler in June 2021, said Leo started in the business at just 19 years old and has worked with celebrities including Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, Scott Disick, and rappers 50 Cent and Meek Mill.

Glore was released from jail over the weekend after posting a $5,500 bond, WPLG Local 10 reported, citing court records.

He has been actively posting on social media since then. He posted a photo on his Instagram story of himself behind the wheel of a Ferrari Monday evening and one of him in workout clothes earlier Tuesday.
