BioShock 4 Development Woes Have "Wasted A Lot Of Time And Money"
It has been 13 years since BioShock Infinite. 13 years since a new BioShock game hit store shelves. What once felt like a momentum-driven new IP with plenty of room for creative expression now feels like a permanently-stalled IP. And don't get me wrong—three games is a fine run. But it's not been for lack of trying.
