Billy Idol Set For American Music Awards’ Lifetime Achievement Honor

Billy Idol, the recently announced 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 52nd American Music Awards in recognition of “his incomparable career, body of work, and unparalleled contributions to music, honoring his lasting legacy and continued influence on generations of artists and fans.”

The honor was announced today by CBS and Dick Clark Productions. The awards ceremony with host Queen Latifah airs coast-to-coast live from Las Vegan on Monday, May 25, on CBS and Paramount+ at 8 p.m./ET and 5 p.m./PT.
