Amazon MGM Studios Names Mandy Schaffer Head Of TV Business Affairs, Craig Muhlrad Head Of Film Business Affairs

Following up on the news that Dan Scharf is leaving as Head of Global Business Operations at Amazon MGM Studios, announced internally by the studio’s Head of Film Courtenay Valenti, Head of Global Television Peter Friedlander and Head of International Originals Nicole Clemens, Valenti and Friedlander have revealed the Head of BA appointments for their divisions.

Netflix’s Mandy Schaffer has joined the company as Head of Business Affairs, Global TV, and Amazon’s Craig Muhlrad has been named Head of Film Business Affairs.

Schaffer marks the latest veteran Netflix executive that Netflix alum Friedlander has brought to Amazon MGM Studios since he came over last fall as Head of Global TV. Schaffer joins Head of Worldbuilding & Genre Series Blair Fetter and Head of Unscripted TV Jenn Levy.
